Mr Jonacani Dabea (aka Jojo) is PBF’s Technical Officer for PBF and is the main person that implements on-ground activities related to water projects and other infrastructural developments. He is based in Rukua village, Beqa Island. Mr Dabea has a vast technical background and extensive experience working as a mechanical engineer, boat captain and plumbing works. Mr Dabea is the key person that designs and delivers water project activities on the ground in Beqa and Yanuca Island.
